The northwestern plains of the country such as Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, West Uttar Pradesh and North Rajasthan have experienced dry and warm weather during the last 24 hours. The major reason for ongoing weather conditions over these states can be attributed to the presence of an active Western Disturbance.
